I recently joined the Troy Weldon State Farm team because one very important statement stood out when they interviewed me. That statement they reiterated several times throughout the conversation; it was, 'Our customers are like family to us and we treat them as such. We get to know our people and feel very close to them. It's important to us that they, their families, and their belongings are protected and we help them select the insurance coverage that fits their needs. We want our employees to do the same: treat our customers like family. We won't accept anything less.'
That simple, but heartfelt statement summed it up for me. I felt that Troy 's philosophy was/is the same as mine. Insurance isn't about selling the most products. It's about fitting the needs of the people.
